What's a good animation for smoking a blunt?

So that someone smokes on something and that his screen gets colors and sort of things...

Does someone knows how to make this?

When I saw some other gm's the screen gets other colors and trees moves. Does someone knows which animation they are using?

Thats not an animation. That's change of the weather . Try use weather id's like 7777777(7x7), 1337,666,2009,40-45 etc..
