Is it able to edit the shape of vehicles. Cuz, i saw in some servers, there are a cool motorcycle, that actually edited into another shape. And, there is a vehicle where all the vehicles are full of wheels. How?

Err... You cannot change the model of the vehicle, you are able to mod it if that is what you are referring to (checkout AddVehicleComponent). As for the vehicle full of wheels, I cannot comment other than to say it may be objects created and moved/rotated to match the vehicle position and rotation.

Hmm, you can't actually change the vehicles to another ones, but you may add some kind of components with AddVehicleComponent. Nitros, Wheels, Paintjobs, Hydraulics are editable with AddVehicleComponent
