Admin on a RP server, and If you do a good job, we get players, If we get players, we may get donations, if we get donations, you get money.

I don't believe you're going to get any real scripters by advertising here, in this way.

Why don't we just make our own roleplay server, why do we need you?

You need to address these questions before any real scripters are going to join your server.

Also, admin on a server isn't really a reward. Truely adminning a server is closer to a job or duty than a privilege
