Just don't use any shortcuts, and type "C:\Games\GTA San Andreas\samp.exe" (replace with your path) into Win+R (Run) window to launch it.

or else you could just hide the gta san andreas folder so it doesnt come up and then when your kid is gone you can un-hide the folder
