[HELP] Server wont do it!! [HELP]

I did the port 7777 and 7777 at netgear router. I have a gamemode i start the "samp_server.exe" i turn off firewall. I do everything but it wont work. Here are some information:

Windows Vista
HP Compaq Presario
AMD Semprom
nVidia Graphics

Somebody help me if you know why. Please

Why cant my friends connect to my server: 212.242.143.18:7777

if you download www.teamviewer and pm me the numbers il do i for u

this could be because your router IS allowing Port 7777, but its not allowing port 7777 to be directed to your laptop, to do this, make a STATIC ip address for your internal pc, make sure when you port forward it is set to that IP you made STATIC, + it should work, in SAMP make sure you enter, 127.0.0.1, You cant see your own ip address with a server, e.g
I am on IP: 112.223.224.112
and i type in samp 112.223.224.112 > THIS WONT WORK
This wont work because basically you are looping a connection, if you use 127.0.0.1, it will loop successfully, Ask a friend to add your ip (www.ipchicken.com) and see if it is online.

and also make sure you port forwarded 7777 on TCP only, then port forward 7100 on TCP, then Enable both of them

get the port list from your routers website and tell me what ports you have forwarded.. more than likely your problem is the static ip...

disable the UDP and leave the TCP there
