well when you use it in a boat my players are complaining about this:

I was talking about SetVehicleVelocity usage. That bug will happen if you use too much speed.

GTA glitch can happen in any vehicle. I dubbed it "light speed" as it turns everything into light :P plus I discovered this glitch after setting the velocity to the speed of light.

this bug happnes if the game "overload". happens too if you set the gravity to high, the game is not builded to be stable to process it.

Not a bug. You are setting the velocity so high that you are going to invalid game coordinates. If you go outside the world it looks like that.
