Whats the problem here?

You can't do sizeof on multi-dimensional arrays, just use a value there.

Something like this:
pawn Код:
format(lastname[playerid], MAX_PLAYER_NAME, "%s", sendername);
or:

format(lastname[playerid], sizeof(lastname), "%s", sendername);
