Well I've only noticed 1 or 2 threads for custom samp guis and cursors, so I figured I'd start a thread where everyone can add their own for sharing.
PM me if you want your GUI skin added, send me an example or the original itself and I'll add it to the top post.
Click on the picture for the direct link to the original file and right-click + save as... and place it in your original sa-mp0.3 directory, for example: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\
Rename the file to sampgui.png and mouse.png. (the 'w' in the file name means window, a sampgui skin. the 'm' means mouse, the mouse skin)

-- The 'Shadow' doesn't work because the cursor won't show any kind of translucency
