I tried to move the cars(spawn) but nothing, are the same in the ground.

Increase the Z position of the vehicles by about 2-4.

They are spawning with cordinates, X, Y, Z. What you need to do is to increase the Z value a bit and they will spawn properly.

It is simply spawning the vehicles with wrong cordinates, small difference with Z cordinates is causing that to happen. if you provide the code, we might help more.
