I do not understand what exactly to do to do property's unique ID as this line says.

"The property's unique ID. Use the hash-function to calculate it from a string."

I'm not sure what you mean but I guess that each "property" has it's own unique ID which is saved in a string and you need to convert that string to an integer?

Yes, how do you convert it so that you get unique ID of a property?
