Friend, thank you for answering, what I want is to learn how to make buildings like that so as not to be teleported inside when entering an interior.

Use blender/3dsmax to model the building yourself to your own taste.

In 3ds max, the way I'd do it is cut the specific parts of the building I want players to enter e.g. the garage part and leave the walls as they are. Then simply apply the shell-modifier to make the building double-sided (considering most gta sa-buildings are not) and then apply textures accordingly.

Okay, but you can not pass me a tutorial, either by video or by text, is that I do not use blender or 3d max very well. I prefer 3d Max but if you pass me to blender I do not care.

Honestly, just search up 3DS max tutorials on yt. You can learn the basics relatively fast. To import and export DFF files into, and from 3DS max you need THIS (Kam's Max Scripts). To make collisions for your models just use @Kalcor's KDFF GUI: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=644075

You can find couple of in-depth tutorials for KDFF on the forums. Good luck.
