Are you using call_graph? If yes, try disabling it, I think I had some similar issues with it.

It did not create any file when i gmxed server, tho it said profilling .... etc

Yeah, there is apparently some bug in the call graph feature that causes crashes like this, but I haven't been able to reproduce it. If you have an example gamemode that has this bug feel free to share.

It's attached to the gamemode but it is not creating any log file or whatsoever? What could be the issue?

The same thing happens to me, does anyone know why? It doesn't work even on Windows
