Try running it as an administrator.

It's highly likely that if this is coming up, it's a mod or something that's causing it.


Install more c libraries, and all that run-time stuff.

Have you actually tried running it as admin as was suggested earlier on?

It's sort of like, SA-MP and GTA shouldn't be asking for that.

i did but still gives i m not able to play samp from 2 weeks
