For all of you that are using Windows 10 and are having issues with tabbing in and out of the game (temporary black screen or delays), there's a solution to that. I was messing with my settings and realized it's related to the new Windows feature called Focus Assist, here's how to fully disable it.

P.S: If you do not see the focus assist feature, install all the latest Windows updates and disable it afterwards.

I used to have this problem back in the days, but then it was gone out of the sudden. I had not made any changes. It may originate from a Windows 10 update.

It's definitely caused by a Windows 10 update, but this serves as a good workaround for those having that issue until Microsoft fixes it or whenever @Noname releases a fix for the SA-MP addon users. /shrug
