That's an old SA-MP desync bug. I'm not quit sure how to fix it without it being an issue on top of an issue.

I remember doing this on a bike, it actually got me banned from a role-play server for "tec9 hacks" :P Hopefully it should be fixed sometime.

The driveby weapon desync in 0.2X was fixed in 0.3. This is some different problem.
How did you manage to enter the bike without your TEC9 being armed? These are normally armed automatically. This could be something to do with the script. Do you have some anti-driveby thing?
