Don’t you remember Henkie’s Dutch server? It was looking really neat and an actual community effort but eventually people stopped working for it.

There was a Skype chat for ages with all the oldschool Dutch members but they pruned it so much that it’s either dead right now or only consisting of 3-4 people.

There’s still a lot of older Dutch players tho, such as gamerZ, Baboon, ...

Don't forget the Covesight Community. It was built by a bunch of guys from the Dutch GTA forums, they mapped their own island and such.
