You know i had that topic a long time ago, which said Virgin Media Suck?

Well anyway, my modem is playing up, I have phoned them around about 30 times, sometimes as soon as i hear a different country's voice, i hang up (No i am not being racist, But UK Call centers understand me better.) Also they actually listen to what i say.

Anyway, There is a technician (Correct Spelling) coming tomorrow to "Check my modem" When i don't see the point, since over they phone they KNOW the modem needs to be replaced. But they insist for a technician to come.

I will update you to see what they did tomorrow, i am really tempted to record, but idk where to mount my webcam I am also locking the computer as much as possible, as seing videos of them stealing stuff aint nice.

I am at School, so i cannot watch them. On the phone he said he doesn't need the computer, But we will see, i will leave a guest account on with a folder called "Illegal stuff" or something, just to see if he touches it ;3
If you guys have got any ideas what i can do, to like record them or whatever, I will find it interesting, and evidence if they do anything, if you are with virgin, you should know how crap they really are. They really don't help until you truly moan at them, like i did.

Any suggestions ;3?

haha xD im with Virgin Media too ive had no problems full speed like does everything it says on the tin, try using something like camtasia and if they turn it off you can get them done for in proper usage of your computer.

right, he came i got it on tape, But its 5.5GB :<

Anyway, He has blamed it on FireFox, And me not having enough Ram.
Compleat Bullshit. He is also charging us because its not a problem with the modem. and its the computer

I am about to phone them back, and instead of being nice, ima' have a go at them.
Pissed off right now, Since VM is the WORST ISP you can go with.

Hence why I went away from Virgin Media, their good speeds but once somthing goes wrong, they just can't be arsed to fix it. I've used Firefox since like day one, never had any trouble, this guy who came to you, is a dumbass.

To be honest, firefox does take up quite a lot of resources. I'm with virgin media they are generally okay but there have been some issues where i haven't been able to get on xfire, ******** or WoW when i used to play it. It would take hours to get back to normal.
