This is a very old script from 2008 which back then was way ahead of it's time which I can now re-release 7 years later thanks to @Sew_Sumi - it is a completely written from scratch copy of P.E.N.1 - it includes mysql, gangs, gangwarfare, gang stats, houses, house vehicles, IRC system, admin commands, motels, banks and so forth.

This gamemode is broken as it needs to be updated to use the new MySQL plugin - I will not provide any support for it.
