I've found this bug yesterday on my local server. I met a similar bug formerly but now the server(?) spawned a ghost car too which is not responding for the default sa-mp command (/dl) and you can't get in... After i almost killed CJ he started running away then i spawned a vehicle and tried to kill him but my game crashed.
This is the third bug like this about 1-1,5 months...
What can cause this and how i can fix it? Is there any solution?

And i got some pictures too. CJ-s spawned in the ammunation interior and started shooting at me with uzi.
After i killed them they spawned their weapons and money.
