Let's sincerely hope you're the first one with a secure panel, aka chmods to 700.

Doubt it. There's only three I've ever seen for SA-MP that are even somewhat secure, and that's because they're not public.

Would be helpful if you could limit the user rights. So let's say you have a community and you want your admins to be able to start/stop the server but they shouldn't be able to download/see the script itself.

I'm having an Administration control panel for more than 1 user, mate.
Secondly, They will BE-ABLE to see Their scripts, But their aren't allowed to take them, If they do... You can simply demote them.

I've already done that Woet, tut tut tut.

On a more on topic note, how do you intend to start the servers?

The first part was intended at Woet, in the <deLUX> tags (these mean self-advertising btw.)

The second part was intended at OP, how do you start the servers? There's four or five different ways, and I just want to know (detailed if possible) how you start it.

Why are you posting about a control panel your not going to be releasing? No offense, but I don't think your skilled enough to create a decent panel, even one worth selling.
