Annoying connection problem
#1

Hello!
I'm playing daily on the same server, but sometimes I get the next problem.

While playing, connection starts to get lost. Nothing from server gets updated to me. After 5 to 10 seconds I finally get disconnected and getting the trying to reconnect messages. Each time, reconnection fails.

I close the GTA SA.

Getting back to sa:mp server selection, the server I want to join doesnt show anything. Players 0/0. Ping -. All other servers work normally.
The point is that the server I've been playing on WORKS in fact, because I've asked people right after I got timedout and they said the server is working.
I also cannot enter server's website, because it might be hosted from same IP. Tried to use CMD with ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew. It worked before, now it doesnt anymore.
Added exception rule for port 7777 in firewall,to be always unlocked. Nothing happened.
Tried to use CMD to ping server's host. Nothing happened.
The server is working for sure, but I can't reach it at all.
Tried to restart PC, problem still there. It only fixes by itself after some hours.

Please, any help is much welcomed. I am desperate to fix this.
Using GTA:SA V1.0. SA:MP 0.3.7-R2. I also got Installed SA:MP Addons.

Thanks!

If you're using wifi this'll happen.

Well. Internet comes to my router which spreads internet to smartphones and a laptop. But the computer which I am using to play SA:MP is connect by wire to the router.

If you're having anyone browsing *******, ******** or anything intensive, then this will also happen.

However if you are having this happen, then restart your modem and then try again. If it keeps happening, take everyone else off the network while you check what is going on.

If the router/modem is older, this can also cause trouble. It may actually be dying.

Other SA:MP servers work.
Used CMD to regain IP,so it's same as restarting router.
Router is 1 y/o.
This problem is very tricky...

its most likely their server then which either gets stressed or is just wack

My friend have a same issue but it's caused by his bad connection (but his network is still standing at this moment)

I've had routers that after a certain amount of traffic, start failing. And it's not a fail as in a full cut-out dead connection... It'll work for a bit, then flake out, and go back to normal.

ISP provided modems are less than $2 each to them, so the quality isn't that high, hence why they simply replace any that have faults, or any tricky issues.

i had same issue with connecting to any SA-MP Server but i tried like so...

connect to your router by using your current browser app or any type of browser that come's with your OS (or installed).

enter your Gateway ip address
login into your router
check your WAN and LAN setting are they all a okay reboot your router also dont forget to enter your router IP to your system to math

example:

192.168.100.2 if its on port 2 to your router <=> pc port
255.255.0.0 or 255.255.255.0 will be placed to your local area connection by default
192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 example your gateway default ip

DNS could be diffrent types example by ******s are

8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4 apply to your settings and try to your sa-mp client to connect to that specific server you are playing
