People have suggested Red County, but then there's Red County Roleplay.
People have suggested Fort Carson, but there's nothing out there.
People have suggested Los Santos, but a small player base wouldn't benefit from the sheer scale of the city.

What about Montgomery ? it has gas station, Well stacked pizza, medical center, some other business, but does not have nice houses, just a trailer park.

Angel Pine has this Gas station near the highway and Sawmill is a good job opportunity.
I like the environment of those small villages, its very realistic.
Some areas in the city are too clean, doesn't look right.

I like county RP's. So why not make it in Palomino Creek instead? the houses there are perfect for a sub-urban Roleplaying.

Just cut a part of Los santos map when you open the server, then if your playerbase start increasing add it back!!
