Instead of creating a new thread on 'Everything and Nothing' i'll post it here.
What's the name of the 'file/program' where i can connect 2 at the same time (SAMP) via sampfuncs ?

sampfuncs itself does this.
Just load a server, minimize the screen open another one.

I have already installed sampfuncs but it doesen't do anything.

You could try Sandboxie, to Sanbox it.

Check the requirements of sampfuncs, as it likely needs a certain version of SAMP to work, and check CLEO is actually working as well.
