I would like to create a support system with tickets which can be answered, closed etc.
It would base on php and mysql, anyone interested?
I will release it for free ofc.

I'd not be interested but it sounds like a good project for you to develop your web programming skills. Maybe you could set up a portfolio with some of your works for future employers if you're into that.

You can just copy WHMCS ticket system and make some changes, it would be the same.
