You don't learn to code from a tutorial, you'll only get to learn some tips and tricks nothing else... Learn to code with trial and error method and put your time into it, and then you'll be able to make it yourself.

Man... people can learn from tutorials. thats how i did learn.

here is one i found, you can also search it your self using search feature. this one's a bit old but will give you idea whats basically in a report system.
