You're missing the 'dudb' include, you can download it here:

You must put the dudb.inc file in the include folder which is [YourSampDirectory]>[Pawno]>[includes].
If you still get this error it means that you are opening the Pawno of other Samp server, put the dudb.inc in the other one too.
