Server_log error(error MONITOR SACNR):
Error: [SACNR Monitor] Server failed to announce: 403 Forbidden. This can happen if your server has multiple IP addresses or lots of public SA-MP servers on your subnet.

bind should be the server IP example:
bind 127.0.0.1

Port should be the port example:
port 7777
