Can you upload the .txd file you're using?

Works good for me:

Maybe there were some errors on your blender when saving? Try to start a new file then Toggle System Console in Window menu also set the bottom view to Python Console, so you can see the logs and errors.

Try to use another image format like PNG/TGA from the texture.

Works for me also: https://i.imgur.com/TzmEx0Cl.png

Looks like something went wrong with your material name when exporting like I told you in PM.

I tested texture 'bow_abpave_gen' like Kalcor in tutorial, dont work too. Mistake must be in blender not in texture.

Maybe send me your version of blender with gta tools in zip format. I willtry if it works

Your texture in blender is "Mat_zem". But in .txd file is name "zem" (earth image, not files name). How it works? Is not need the same names?

There are all files what blender generates:

http://151.80.108.166/zem.dff

Well what dugi said makes sense, if your material name or index is different then it could not be read properly. Maybe try to send the .dff file as well? As you didn't modify any of the texture in the video, and there was no Error shows.

Oh not really, i closed the blender accidentally after i used the kdff, since i didn't save the .blend i just import it back, seems the "mat" was added by the blender/kdff, and you can see the shading effect as it was imported after processed with kdff.

But wait, ill post the screen later with repeating process in your video.

Thanks for help.

Well sorry for my bad english, as well as my bad habit when typing long sentences quickly.

But i doubt you would even understand if i tell step by step.

I have tutorial here:
http://forum.gamerxserver.com/forum/...d-on-gta-tools
What i'm using is a blender v2.70a, the plugin supports blender 2.63 but due to API changes i had to update the script for compatibility (which you can find on the link above).
But again like i said before, the problem doesn't seem to be this.

After i tried to download your .blend file, the material was pointing to texture image named "EARTH.bmp"
Even if i try to re-import from .dff file, it shows error "Warning Texture not found earth". Which is exactly like what dugi explained before.

Try to repeat the step from first again, with the correct .txd name as suggested.

EDIT: Glad you fixed the issue, sorry for this late post due to my internet connection though.

Sorry i could not upload the correct screenshot for now due to my slow internet connection.

EDIT2:
