I was having this problem, I first reinstalled the GTA, and deleted the GTA San Andreas User Files folder in Documents, and it worked!

The skin ID became corrupt somehow. There's a lot of new code in that area so some bugs are expected. Were there any changes to AddPlayerClass or SetSpawnInfo in the server script?
