Hello, Last Wednesday me and my friend decided to buy a host in Vortex Servers [San Andreas Multiplayer with 100 slots and Custom Hostname Addons] so the cost is 16$, after we bought that we didn't receive the host yet and it is still PENDING.


I've decided to open a support ticket but no one is replying then i tried to contact them in FB but this is what they said.
I didn't receive any refund yet on the card but when i tried to messaged them again they blocked me in messenger

Then Yesterday we tried to buy again a server but it's happened again the i contact via FB using my mother's FB then they said the ordered is flagged as fraud again.

Then i requested a refund.

But i didn't receive any refund today..

My friend decided to buy a host TODAY with his own CARD but it's happened again


WHAT'S HAPPENING on VORTEX SERVERS?

Yes it's better and cheaper coz last year i already hosted my sa-mp server there many times. I do not know why their service changed.
