I just downloaded the zip from GitHub here, but it doesn't contain the plugin 'mysql.dll' or the libmysql.dll for windows, it only has the pawno include a_mysql...

Does anyone know where I can get the files? I'm looking at an old script at the moment and need this version.

Apparently there aren't any binaries for that version so you now have two options: either compile the plugin yourself or use another version. Anything up to R39 should still be mostly compatible.
