They have a custom health bar, when someone shoot you (enemy biensure ) it show a text behind the map saying the damage taken and the weapon and the name of attacker, and after he reduce the health from the custom health bar ....

They're likely using 3D Text Labels upon damage (OnPlayerTake/GiveDamage). If you want more specific help, you should post a screenshot of what you're trying to accomplish.

I play there, gotta say, it's an amazing server,
I liked their health system too, I guess they are using weapon-config by Slice,
