Make sure you've told the installer where GTA SA Directory is.

Get a screenshot of what it looks like when you go to install.

You look like you used Vista, try running as an admin, and make sure you defo agreed to the rules.

Sorry for this double post but I just noticed that the ReadMe file in the GTA SA directory says that the game is v1.00, but when I insert the CD-ROM and choose View ReadMe it says it's v2.00.

Even though you're inlogged on an Administrator account, you might have to Right-click on the setup-file, then click "Run as Administrator".
