How to build a successful server which sucks players and without a Hosted Tab server?

You need to have a lot of friends,advertise your server on this forum or any social media you have.
There's some ******** groups for promoting your sa-mp server.

There's isn't much you can do besides advertising everywhere.
Even with social media, you need to know what you're doing.
You can make a trailer that showcases what the server has, and publish it on *******.
But you don't want amateur work, that trailer needs to create a good image.
