Well , you have the template files?
If yes, search for index.html / index.php . After that , open with an text editor(i use notepad++ or sublimetext , because syntax)
And then , search in that file the "Welcome to server name" text. And the anothers texts you want to edit(if you don't find in there , search in the another files that you got)

But if really want to start editing the website and stuff like this, better start learn html/css and after that php(if you need it)
