I need Help,When i Start 0.3.7 it loads and then immediatly sends me crash.

Uninstall all the mods you got, Because maybe they are the reason, and when you install a mod, make sure that it's a good mod that won't cause crashing ur game bec of requirements.

Make sure you're using 1.0 version of GTA:SA

Have you got DirectX and the Windows Redistributable packs?

I'm not completely sure of their purpose but I think they help run certain programs and help in the graphic elements
