I see one time, somebody came and start all players kill instantly.. How to protect from this?

You can't... Maybe there is an anticheat that protects players from it, but you'll have to search it on your own.

There's not too much to do without knowing more about what they were doing. What you say could be numerous different cheats, several come to mind off of the top of my head. Do you have any sort of kill or debug logs from when this happened?
