Hello, first of all, I want to warn you that I speak very little English.

I followed all the steps of the tutorial to create a server. I changed the server.cfg and then did the command needed to start the server but I can not access the server.

Can you help me ?

You are restarting when in wrong folder.

Read what I posted as the symptoms to your issue, are well known to be caused by the absence of the needed libraries on linux.

If you haven't got server.log in your server folder, then it's not running at all, and that will be because of what I've pointed out. There is no log, if the program cannot run at all.
