I'm not sure and that is why I'm asking this question. I've seen a lot of "grand theft auto", "rockstar", "gta" names/nicknames using on server (for example in sort of webpage, sa-mp server name, textdraw, ...)

Is it illegal to use any of these names on server, webpage presenting sa-mp server community as one of these names?

If sa-mp server is called: Grand Theft Auto Roleplay (example just), or Rockstar Roleplay or any of these, will it get illegal for server owner to use?

Or even using that name in textdraw on server? Like is using some name that Rockstar might have consider in some future? -> Grand Theft Auto 6? something like that?

It's "illegal" but Rockstar wouldn't care enough to take any actions on a small SA-MP server.

It's the same company, but that file is for a different line of products (it's still take 2 interactive's name on it).
It's hard to believe that they would let their trademarks expire. The point is, don't do it...
