i need help. i came yesterday back to samp after 6 month i didnt play. now i wanted to launch my server again. and the crashdetect plugin wont load. someone have idea why?

Edit: ive tryed the server on other pc that has windows 7. and The GM worked!
but i have windows 10... and it wont work... what should i do?
