Hey, I need to make a command, but I don't know how to use and how to do it. So, the command is /nfoc which means: nfownercall = NitroFearOwnerCall. So, for NF Level is 10. and i want that command when is being typed by 9+ NF ranked member, it will send a message into gmail to the username.

Example: Player is typing /nfoc then...

SCM(playerid, white, "Please wait until he comes.");

When a member 9+ level types /nfoc, it will send a message into gmail to nitrofear. How to do that? I have no idea how to make it. Please help me.
