First i searched on forum and ****** for mysql.so plugin fix,i tried evry method but still not working.
Second i think fcnpc plugin crashes because mysql doesen't working. It load Fcnpc but you can see in debug its crashed.

You may try mysql_static.so file.

I tried that, it work, but server with some reason won't start

It seems to be a script error.
You may try compiling the script with third debug mod.
And also you may try disabling fcnpn functions at ongamemodeinit callack to see which one crashs...

By the way, which gamemode are you using?

The problem is your using mysql_static.so it was stated that doing so is not a fix. It would post unseen problems in your servee.

What you are doing right now is not fixing it but rather just a workaround and everybody knows that workarounds have a big backdrop. Rather than doing that... ask the owner of the site to update their mysql client on their distro.. If you own the vps go to freevps.us for help. The plugin is already perfect for use.. Their might be some minor issues but the plugin works fine..

The only fix is updating the mysql client rather than using a workaround.
