Hey guys, I haven't played SA;MP for a very long time now, and wondered if there's still popular english servers that are active, or has the Russians taken over? I got to buy sanandreas again to join sa;mp as my old CD has gotten scratched up. I want to know if it's worth it?

It's always worth it, just get a good friend to dick around with though. SA-MP is always better when you've got a mate to expire with or cause trouble with.
Extra tip... get more than one friend as when that one friend doesn't want to play it's hard to play on your own and not get bored.

I like to play by my self (that sounds wrong but ye), but my question was that is there still english servers that are populated? With populated I mean like 60+ players?

Jokes aside ... sadly there aren't too much english servers left.
Just try to find some at sacnr monitor or something like that

Plenty of English servers around, it's just a question of whether the players themselves are English speaking, or even understanding.
Thing is though, is whether or not they are really non-English, or just hipsters posing that they aren't...

There are still some popular English servers around, you just have to do some re-search though, like try searching trough the server monitors, or in SA-MP client itself. I would mention some popular English servers for you, but I do not want to advertise here. Depends also of what type of a gamemode you are looking to play, of course there will be always non-english speakers.

There are still enough english servers around, just check the hosted tablist.
