Really nice script. You can make it more dynamic than ever. MySQL is more advanced.
House robs are cool.

Well, the first *so called bug according to you* is not a bug really, just get closer to the exit door, and press N, I will put a checkpoint/3d label to make it clearer on the next update

the second bug, I don't know about, it seems to work fine to me, could you please provide more details on how to recreate that bug?, I went and tried to create shops to see about it, but it seemed to work fine
