Hello! I don't know how can i do a plugin. You can help me? Microsoft visual studio not working on my windows(windows 7). I need a help. I don't know what I can script .dll files and .inc for (#include ... ) in pawno.

You need windows 7 service pack 1 for visual studio 2015 to work, my guess is that's your problem.
There are workarounds to make plugin without visual studio, but I don't think so there is a tutorial for it.

That line right there says it all. You have NO programming background at all and you want to jump right into developing a plugin? Sorry bud, it's not that simple. Programming takes a bit more effort than just telling your computer what to do.
