I was wondering whats the best location for a samp server? you know players connect from all around the world so which would be the best location ?

Germany? France? etc?

I like the UK as it is a great "central" point (if there is such thing). It should offer great latency to most of North America, Europe and Africa.

Well, first, you have to decide what continent, because the ping from continent to contintent ist mostly very bad, so lets say you'd go for europe, just choose a server that is pretty much in the middle and has enough bandwith (you might want a little more bandwith because of potential ddos attacks?) and also you should get a vserver and administrate it yourself instead of buying a samp server and pay 5x of what you'd pay for a better vps.

Just my humble opinion

My Server is in france and i pay 39Ђ a year (100Mbits Up and Down, 10GB SSD, 2GB Ram, full access)

Your best location should be chosed by the closest server to you/your players.
