Se a host for Linux, vocк deve adicionar .so no final do nome do plugin na lista pra carregar.
Caso for windows, nгo precisa por o .dll.
O seu erro informa que nгo foi possнvel localizar os plugins na pasta, ou seja, eles nгo existem, nгo й por que deram erro, й ao contrбrio, eles nгo estгo na pasta, verifique se a pasta estб com o nome "plugins" e na linha do server.cfg tambйm, verifique se estб tudo certo...
