Unless you've installed the runtimes, you'll be having real trouble.
You need to have Visual Studio 2015 runtimes, and if XP isn't supported on those, then you'll be needing to either run the 2.7.X version, or upgrade your OS.
It appears XP is supported, but only in SP3, so you'll need to install that as well before putting on the VS2015 runtimes.

Search, and follow instructions.
If you haven't put SP3 on XP already, then do it, and then install VS 2015 runtimes.
The reason for a "releases" page on github, is to have all versions there ready for download... Every version, is literally on there.

To use streamer you are going to need to obtain an older version of boost (get the one streamer last used from the git history) and compile for XP support. I say this from experience.

The only requirement is VS2015... VS2015 is actually available on XP SP3.

I did what you told me to do Sew_Sumi it doesn't work.
I think i need to use older version of streamer but the problem is how to complete object to that older version?
