Hello everyone.

When I started playing SA-MP, my first server was a trucking server back in 2011. It was so fun and interesting to play and meet people from various countries, but now, now it's different. I remember there were such servers like Convoy Trucking, Truckmania and many others. In those years Trucking servers were more popular with high playerbases. I guess people find boring to play on trucking servers, because all the time you just do the same thing, like loading-unloading, driving the whole time. Some trucking servers were the same with ppc edit and rarely any was unique. I wish that there would born a new unique trucking server with unseen features and bring some nostalgic feeling like back at those times in 2011.

Maybe you can express your opions aswell, on why the trucking servers are dead nowadays, un-popular etc.

Convoy Trucking has 5 to 15 players online daily.

No it didn't became boring it's just the miss of samp internet list effect, new players don't arrieve those servers while old players goes out.

Sad to say it but n0minal is right regarding this... The loss of the internet list entirely, has made servers who aren't paying for hosted tab, lose out.

Ah yes, the good days of ct. Im sure if mick decided to get hosted tab the server would regain most of the userbase it once had.

Then why they don't purchase the hosted tab, even the server like Convoy Trucking has awesome features etc.?
With the hosted tab the server would be always full, or maybe it's because the owner lost interest, or too busy.

Mick didn't lose interest, and he's not the only scripter. He has a team with him, as he's been busy with college.
But yeah, this is the truth. The internet list is affecting a lot of people. I'm surprised Kalcor didn't take action up until now.

Now back to the topic, I don't think something necessarily had to happen with them. I for one only heard of TM and CT.

Pretty sure the lack of hosted tab killed CT. It's sad since I've always preferred it over the other trucking servers. I'd always hop on when I was bored and wanted to listen to country music while hauling shit lmao.
