Which pickup id executes when a vehicle picks it up. I also do not want the pickup to disappear. Thank you very much.

Pickup type 14 is for vehicle-only interaction. However the pickup does disappear when you pick it up and will re-appear when it is streamed out and back in again. In other words, moving far away from the pickup and coming back to it will allow you to see it again.
From memory I can't exactly recall, but you might be able to use Incognito's Streamer plugin to re-show the pickup if you use a dynamic pickup.
